Returns, Complaints, Right of Withdrawal

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products to us within 14 days. If you wish to return products you ordered, please contact our customer service with your order number and they will return with a return slip and return instructions. The return note costs SEK 99 and this amount is charged in connection with the refund of the return. It is also possible to buy your own shipping note and return to the following address:

How to make a return
1. Make a Return Report by emailing our customer service: [email protected].
2. Pack the goods well in the original packaging and pack properly. Attach the delivery note in the package. (If you have selected an invoice, contact Klarna to extend the due date on the invoice.)
3. Print and attach the consignment note clearly visible on the package and hand it in at Postnord. Alternatively, have Postnord's representative print the consignment note on site.
4. When your return has reached us, we will refund the corresponding amount/adjust your invoice. The shipping cost of SEK 99 is adjusted upon refund. Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your return. Original shipping is non-refundable.
5. When your return has been processed, we will notify you via email.

Important to keep in mind when making a return

The goods should be packed well in undamaged packaging and packed well, preferably in original packaging if it is in complete condition. To be able to handle your return, we need your name, customer number and order number - attach the delivery note in the package and we have all the information we need to be able to quickly handle your return.

Returns must be sent to our return address. When you return an item due to a canceled purchase, you as a customer are responsible for the shipping cost. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Complaints & wrong deliveries

If, upon receipt of your package, you discover that the consignment is visibly damaged during transport, this must be reported immediately to the package agent, this applies both to home delivery and when you pick up the package from a representative. If you discover during unpacking that the contents are damaged, contact [email protected] no later than within 7 calendar days.

If you have received the wrong item, if the item is damaged or if there is any other error on the item, please contact customer service at [email protected] before returning the product. Always state your order number in the email. Attach a digital close-up if the product is damaged and another image if there is external damage to the package. In the event of a return of a complained product, we will send a prepaid return label. If you choose to send the product back, you are responsible for the shipping. Remember that you are always responsible for the shipment arriving intact. Pack well in the original packaging and attach a description of the defect.

If you have chosen invoice as payment method, note that it must be paid even if the product is complained about. Any settlement of the invoice takes place when the case has been handled.

Refunds

We will refund you the entire order value within 14 days after we receive your return. If you have chosen to pay by credit / debit card or direct payment, the refund will be made to the same account you used.

If you have received an invoice and want to return all or part of the order, please contact Klarna to extend the due date on the invoice. This is to avoid reminder fees and that it does not go further in the requirements chain. You can contact Klarna on tel. 08-12012010 or via email to [email protected]. Enter your order number and indicate that it is a return.

For all returns, a confirmation will be sent via email to you that the return has been processed, or terminated at Klarna. You will then receive a new invoice with any remaining amount to be paid.

Exchange

If you want to exchange an item, you must place a new order on our website for the item you want instead and return the unwanted item to us. We will then send the new item to you immediately and when we have received your return, we will make a refund to your account. Refunds are made as above.
